This weekend was supposed to be a climbing weekend. In the Peak District. K had specifically extended her stay in England for the occasion. Let's just say it did not work out that way:
This was the dryest spot we could find for lunch on Saturday (well, except of course for the small waterfall over C's head). Instead of climbing, we decided to go for a stroll above Edale but it was very windy and quite damp.
Anway, in the end we managed to sneak in a few warmup boulder problems while the weather gods weren't looking, but then they caught up with us again and my crashpad was reduced to being a couch ...
Let's hope next weekend is slightly better!
