Polly's Cove

It was nice and sunny but really windy today in Halifax, so we headed out to the coast in order to check some of the climbing in Polly's Cove - really close to the ocean. Dead calm down there, which means it was the best possible climbing scene. Also, it was S's initiation to Polly's: Here are some pictures of her getting wet and of the top out in the classic problem Birth Simulator (V0):

Stayed climbing by the ocean but eventually just got too dark, which necessitated a move closer to the car. This was not to be done without heading past the problem Le Contortioniste (V7), a traverse that you can climb in just about any light as long as it is dry. Wondering about the name?
