Pex Hill

It's high enough to keep you on your toes ... - C
So, finally, here is one long-promised picture from the nearest crag - Pex Hill.
This place is really close to Liverpool and it used to be a sandstone quarry. During WWII it was used as a shooting range, that's where all the holds come from that M is hanging onto. It is a very nice spot, lots of difficult problems, but one does have to get used to the height - ~7m is a common height for any climb. Of course the crux is not normally near the ground but somewhere higher up.
