Dear Virgin Trains team

I am a regular customer on your services between Liverpool and Milton Keynes. During the last 1.5 years, I have noticed that I get motion sick when on Virgin trains services, but not on any of your competitor's trains. More recently, I have been able to relate this phenomenon to the smell of your carriages: These do have a consistent toilet smell, which seems to have got worse lately. In fact, on your 20.48 service from Liverpool toward Euston last Friday (Jan 21, 2011), there was an unmistakable nauseating and vomit-inducing smell. This last train was much worse than any of your previous services and recovery did take an hour after. I would appreciate some information on the general methods of cleaning your carriages and on the steps taken to ensure passenger health during your journeys.
